There is a lack of diversity in the doll market. Culture Dolls is changing that. We foresee a world where children grow up playing with dolls that are reflective of who they are and where they come from.
Our first Culture Doll is Freckles, the main character from the Journey of the Freckled Indian book.
We hope Freckles helps children be proud of who they are and increases their confidence in their identity.

Representation of minority groups is often lacking. We envision being a part of the change that brings greater representation to the dolls that children grow up playing with. Our efforts to lead efforts to change this market, are discussed on the anniversay of Tlingit Barbie. This doll was the last time an indigenous doll was made and marketed.
